My wife and I, after having lived in the country for 52 years, finally decided that we needed to downsize. We were no longer able to keep up with the large garden, the large lawn, and since we both had knee problems, the stairs presented a challenge on a daily basis.

Since we had lived there for all those years, there was much to be done. She did a thorough inspection of the property and then we discussed what was needed to bring everything up to code, to receive the best return based on market conditions. Rhonda is also a licensed realtor, so she pretty well knew what the house would be worth once all the updating and renovation was finished. She also knew that in its present condition it would be extremely difficult for someone to get financing if these updates were not done.
We decided to give the go-ahead so that they could begin. Rhonda's design: choosing the flooring, colors for the walls, tile, counters, backsplash, etc. was exactly what buyers were looking for. We sold the house the very day it was listed!
